Billing questions
Can I cancel at any time?Paid plans will be cancellable from Admin → Billing and stay active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens when I downgrade?Your data is kept. Features outside the new plan become read-only until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
Is the Free plan time-limited?No. The Free plan will have usage limits but no expiry date.
